Driving along the backside of Zion National Park I saw this herd slowly emerge from the horizon and immediately pulled over for the stark graphics were amazing. I knew exactly what I wanted. Small silhouetted dots against a bright, almost featureless background. Tucked up against a barbed wire fence I waited for them to slowly come forward over the hill rise.
