Scientific Name: Eschscholzia californica

Fun Fact: The California Poppy has been my favorite wildflower for years. In the fields it naturally grows in it often has other colorful neighbors, mixed with a variety of grasses. To sit in a field of poppies with a camera and some macro camera gear is an exercise in creative relaxation.
